About our work at the Ross Art Museum – Located in Delaware, OH is a liberal arts school called Ohio Wesleyan University. Across OWU’s 200-acre campus are classrooms, dorms, offices, chapels, auditoriums, fraternities, sororities, dining and a charming art museum. This building, which was previously a post office, was acquired by the university in 1969 and later renovated in 2002 to become an art museum.
Our sub-company, Cornice Works, fabricated brand new copper gutters for the Ross Art Museum. After fabrication was complete Midstate Contractors was able to get started installing the new gutters. Midstate is blessed to have been a part of restoring this local structure and preserving the history of Delaware, OH.
