A former women’s shoe factory was transformed into adapted reuse loft apartments, preserving the building’s industrial character while giving it new life as residential housing.

Midstate Contractors installed energy-efficient windows across all seven floors of the building.
These architecturally and historically accurate windows to preserve the building’s original character and meet preservation standards.

Restoration Details

Colonial Revival Style

The original Lady of Justice statue was carefully transported to our shop, where her internal structure and frame were fully restored. A new sword was designed and fabricated to replace the missing original. Once the restoration was complete, the statue was safely lifted and reinstalled on top of the courthouse.
