This restoration included a complete copper skin replacement, faithfully recreating its original ornamentation. The project involved structural repairs, new copper fabrication, and a new bell floor. The original Lady of Justice statue was also restored and reinstalled.

Recreated the original copper skin, incorporating as much historical ornamentation as possible, including cornices, capitals, columns, balustrades, cupola, finial, pedestal bases, and louvers.
Removed the existing copper skin and cleaned, repaired, and painted the inner steel structure.
Fully restored and reinstalled the original Lady of Justice statue, along with her scales and sword.
Installed new plywood sheathing and wood armatures to enhance strength, shape, and stability.
Installed copper in phases, including the base, louver, clock level, dome, cupola, and finial.

Italianate Style

Midstate Contractors fully restored the courthouse tower, including its structure and new copper detailing. The missing cupola was fabricated and replaced, while the clock faces and bell tower were meticulously restored.
