Restoration Details

Exterior:

• Removed failing roof structure and trusses
• Designed, Engineered & installed new roof structure, trusses and decking
• Installation of new roof slate to match Historical design
• Designed, fabricated and Installed new architectural sheet metal cornice to match original
• Designed, fabricated and installed new copper box gutters
• Designed, fabricated and installed new copper quilt panels on the tower roof to match original

Interior (2nd Floor):

• Fabricated and installed custom moldings, quarter sawn oak judges bench, witness stand, bailiff station, jury box, tables and railing
• Complete wall framing
• Remove and installed new floor joist and sheathing
• Updated plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems
• Drywall, Historical plaster repair
• Historical Custom paint color match, and stain finishes
